The Purpose of the Mukhymantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana Scholarship

The primary purpose of the MYSY Scholarship Scheme is to assist financially those students who are unable to finance their education due to a limited family income. These students will receive financial assistance through this scholarship program so that they can continue their education without difficulty.

MYSY Scholarship Benefits and Features

• Non-reserve students will also receive financial assistance via the MYSY scholarship system for the purchase of books and equipment.
• Students enrolled in Gujarat Medical Education Research Society and dentistry programs would receive Rs 10 lakh in financial aid during a five-year period.
• All category students are offered an age relaxation for government employment. This age reduction is for 5 years.
• All students who intend to take the competitive test will get instruction through training centers.
• If there is no higher education institution or government dormitory in that location, the government would grant Rs 1200 per month for ten months.
• Students who have finished classes 10th and 12th with 80% and have chosen diploma courses will receive Rs 25000 each year or 50% of the costs, whichever is less.
• The government would give free clothing, reading materials, and other necessities under the MYSY scholarship system.
