The BBC One Channel has said that Season 6 of Poldark has been canceled. This is sad news for fans of the  Poldark. Season 6 of Poldark gave fans a ray of hope who wanted more after Season 5 ended in 2019, But it was a complete surprise.

Captain Ross Vennor Poldark, played by Aidan Turner, said he would return to play Demelza Poldark (Eleanor Tomlinson) at the end of season 5. However, Aidan Turner has said that he has no plans to return to the show. Turner played the Cornish soldier in the 18th century based on Winston Graham’s book.

Eleanor Tomlinson, who plays Demelza, said this in an interview with Digital Spy. “It’s disappointing that it’s over.” “I’m going to miss them all, especially Aidan Turner, who plays Ross Poldark,” she said. “We have a great bond and relationship, and it will be very strange if it doesn’t work out.”

Season 5 of the show starts with an interruption in Ross and Demelza’s life when Ross is asked to present himself in London by his old colonel.
