It was, as you might have suspected, an April Fool’s hoax. The first season of Smiling Friends consists of eight episodes, each lasting roughly eleven minutes. The fact that the first episodes were supposed to air weekly but were instead aired all at once was also fascinating to read.

Smiling Friends Season 2: What Will Happen Next?
In the previous episode, Smiling Friends was seen at the airport. It was almost time for the characters to head back to the hotel and start unpacking. However, Pim’s failure to make a hotel reservation made the problem worse. He reasoned that Allan had to be the one to make the reservation.
They were therefore forced to attempt on-the-spot booking. Sadly, as the rooms were previously reserved, they were not given. Because it was Mardi Gras, a carnival event, every room was reserved. The crew then arrived at the airport café to make arrangements.
The workers asked the supervisor for assistance, but nothing materialized. Accommodation in Brazil eventually became unattainable. They therefore made the decision to board the next flight home. The gang did not know, though, that the jet would crash very badly.
There is still a certain storyline point that is unknown. In addition, they anticipate more intriguing ideas from the designers. Smiling Friends Season 2 might concentrate more on the lives of the staff members at the company, aside from their follies.
