Eligibility Standards of UPSC Assistant Professor Vacancy
UPSC Educational Requirements 2023
Assistant Director: Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Telecommunications, or Electronics and Electrical from a recognized university or institution.
Assistant Professor (Endocrinology): A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) (other than licentiate qualifications). Holders of Educational qualifications listed in Part II of the Third Schedule must also meet the requirements outlined in subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (102 of 1956).
Doctorate of Medicine (Endocrinology); or Diplomate National Board (Endocrinology); or Doctor of Medicine (Medicine/Pediatrics) with two years of special training in Endocrinology; or Diplomate National Board (Medicine/Pediatrics) with two years of special training in Endocrinology. Fees for Applications
Candidates must pay a fee of Rs. 25 (Rupees Twenty-Five) in cash, by using any bank’s net banking service, or by using a Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, credit card, debit card, or UPI payment. Selection Process
The selection will be based on an examination followed by an interview. In cases where selection is based on a Recruitment Test (RT) followed by an interview, the candidate must meet the minimum requirements for their category at the Interview stage.
